ITA: ITA to seek shareholders’ approval

Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 01, 2015 regarding the plan for Extraordinary General Meeting 2015 in the form of seeking shareholders’ approval as follows:

-          Record date: December 15, 2015

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: in January 2016

-          Meeting venue: Lot 16, Road 2, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A ward, Binh Tan district, Hochiminh city.

Meeting contents: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for amending and supplementing some contents of the Articles of Association.
