-        Number of shares before additional listing: 27,986,518 shares

-        Additional volume: 13,993,255 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND139,932,550,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 41,979,773 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND419,797,730,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  August 26, 2016

-        Reason of change: issue of share to pay dividends for 2015
