On August 26, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (securities code: DCL to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 40,237,920 shares

-        Additional volume: 16,094,904 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND160,949,040,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 56,332,824 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND563,328,240,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  August 30, 2016

-        Reason of change: issue of share to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
