On September 08, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (securities code: VNM) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 1,209,549,924 shares

-        Additional volume: 241,903,505 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND2,419,035,050,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 1,451,453,429 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND14,514,534,290,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  September 12, 2016

-        Reason of change: stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity.
