On September 15, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (securities code: TVS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 47,643,888 shares

-        Additional volume: 4,356,618 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND43,566,180,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 52,000,506 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND520,005.060,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  September 19, 2016

-        Reason of change: stock issuance for dividend payment & bonus shares for existing shareholders.
