-        Number of shares before additional listing: 732,951,419 shares

-        Additional volume: 109,923,537 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND1,099,235,370,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 842,874,956 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND8,428,749,560,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  September 20, 2016

-        Reason of change: stock issuance for dividend payment.
