On September 09, 2016 HOSE issued an announcement regarding the change of listing of Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (stock code: VNM) as follows:

-        Additional listing volume: 241,903,505 shares

-        Reason of change: stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity

-        Total listing volume after change: 1,451,453,429shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND 14,514,534,290,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 12, 2016

-        Official trading date: September 20, 2016

+ For 23,567,204 shares will be freely transferable & trade on September 15, 2016.

+ For 84,600,000 shares will be restricted transfer within one year from the date of offering completion & trade on August 21, 2017.
