HRC: Decision on the change of listing

On August 19, 2016, HOSE issued a decision to allow Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (securities code: HRC) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 24,165,366 shares

-        Additional volume: 6,041,256 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND60,412,560,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 30,206,622 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND302,066,220,000

-        Effective date of the listing license:  August 23, 2016

-        Reason of change: issue of share to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
