ATA: ATA faces delisting from HOSE

On August 22, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Quarter2.2016 financial statements from NTACO Co. (stock code: ATA). Accordingly, the after-tax profit in the first six months of 2016 is 1,857,661,159 dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit (not audited) at December 31, 2015 is -420,866,056,401 dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2016 is -421,294,703,159 dongs. Therefore, the Company had a cumulated loss more than its charter capital from the end of 2015 to June 30, 2016 (ATA’s charter capital: 119,999,980,000 dongs).    

HOSE notes that the stock ATA may be delisted if its cumulated loss in the 2015 audited financial statements exceeds its charter capital.
