ELC: Changes the holding ratio at a subsidiary

Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (“Elcom Corp”) announces the information related to New Materials Technology Joint Stock Company (“Elcom Industry”) as follows:

-         Elcom Industry is no longer a subsidiary of Elcom Corp;

-        Bac Kan New Materials Technology Joint Stock Company transforms from a subsidiary to an associated company because that Elcom Industry is no longer a subsidiary of Elcom Corp decreases the indirect holding ratio at Elcom Industry.
