CMV: Board Resolution _ Mar 28, 2017

Camau Trading Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 28, 2017 as follows:

1. Approving the business performance in 2016:

-          Revenue: 4,027 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 35 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 27 billion dongs

2. Approving to handle the interest on late payment for the enterprise development fund for Camau Trading Joint Stock Company. 

3. Approving the selection of April 14, 2017 to be the record date for the General Meeting of Shareholders in May 2017.

4. Approving to establish Ho Phong Consumer Goods Distribution Store in Bac Lieu province.
