FLC: Board approves to sign agreements with related companies

On March 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy on signing and executing the agreements and transactions between FLC Group Joint Stock Company and its subsidiaries, associated companies and other affiliates. The value of each agreement and transaction will be lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
