Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.05 dated March 29, 2017 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved the partners, price and conditions for the second private placement and the plan for use of capital (The details was approved in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 15, 2016).

-          The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman to complete procedures for the private placement.
