DRL: The record date for the second cash dividend payment for 2015

On November 19, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1124/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 17, 2015

-          Record date: December 21, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).

-          Payment date: January 20, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 as from January 20, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
