VAF: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 11, 2015

-          Payment date: December 28, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company as from December 28, 2015.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
