TBC: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015

On November 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1155/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 04, 2015

-          Record date: December 08, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: December 30, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company (Address: Thac Ba Town, Yen Binh Dist., Yen Bai Province) as from December 30, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
