DPR: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015

On November 30, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1161/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 18, 2015

-          Record date: December 22, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).

-          Payment date: January 04, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (Address: Thuan Phu Town, Dong Phu St., Binh Phuoc Province) as from January 04, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
