TMS: The record date for the cash dividend payment for 2015

On December 03, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1170/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Transimex-Saigon Corporation (stock code: TMS) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 18, 2015

-          Record date: December 22, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 09%/ par value (VND 900/share).

-          Payment date: January 25, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Transimex-Saigon Corporation (Address: Floor 9-10th, 172 Hai Ba Trung St., District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) as from January 04, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
