-         Number of shares before additional listing: 735,808,140 shares

-         Additional volume: 10,909,721 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND109,097,210,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 746,717,861 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND7,467,178,610,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: August 03, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued according to the ESOP.
