On July 29, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.315/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: CII) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 202,609,538 shares

-         Additional volume: 9,810,000 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND98,100,000,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 212,419,538 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,124,195,380,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 31, 2015

-         Reason of change: to issue shares to convert the bonds issued privately to Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GS).
