On July 27, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.310/QD-SGDHCM to allow Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company (securities code: SKG) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 19,999,792 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,999,853 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND39,998,530,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 23,999,645 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND239,996,450,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 29, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends for 2014.
