CII: Decision on the change of listing

On July 24, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.309/QD-SGDHCM to allow Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: CII) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 195,290,904 shares

-         Additional volume: 7,318,634 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND73,186,340,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 202,609,538 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND2,026,095,380,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 29, 2015

-         Reason of change: These are the shares converted from the convertible bonds CII41401 – Phase 2 dated June 23, 2015.
