-         Number of shares before additional listing: 133,969,279 shares

-         Additional volume: 7,602,878 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND76,028,780,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 141,572,157 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND1,415,721,570,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 31, 2015

-         Reason of change: These shares were issued according to ESOP and private placement to strategic partners.
