APC: Board Resolution No.13

An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.13 dated August 18, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to purchase a radiation source of VND30,043,750,000 in order to increase plant capacity.

Article 2: The Board of Directors assigned the Management Board to select and sign an agreement with the supplier of radiation source.

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
