TIE: TIE to set up Tien Dat Company

According to Board Resolution No.06 dated August 16, 2015, the Board of Directors of Telecommunications Industry Electronics JSC approved the policy allowing Telecommunications Industry Electronics JSC to cooperate with Tien Dat Weave Embroider Co., Ltd. to establish a two-member limited company as follows:

-          New company: Tiet Dat – TIE Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital: VND42 billion

-          Contribution capital of TIE in Tiet Dat – TIE Co., Ltd.: 20%

-          Representative of TIE in Tiet Dat – TIE Co., Ltd.: Mr. Vu Quoc Vinh (CEO of TIE).
