Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the implementation of delisting of SEC shares on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange in order to exchange for SBT shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.

-         Record date: September 28, 2015

-         Delisting date (estimated): September 29, 2015

-         As from October 01, 2015, SEC shares will no longer be valid for trading and transfer in the market.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved a record date for exchanging the shares of Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company for the shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company: September 30, 2015.
