On August 18, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.856/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of Hoang Anh Gia Lai International Agriculture Joint Stock Company (stock code: HNG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: August 26, 2015

-          Record date: August 28, 2015

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the following contents:

• The plan for stock dividend payment from the undistributed after-tax profit on December 31, 2014;
• The plan for stock dividend payment from the after-tax profit in 2015;
• Private placement of HNG shares.

-          Time of implementation: September 04, 2015
