On July 16, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.288/QD-SGDHCM to allow Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (securities code: PNJ) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 75,597,035 shares

-         Additional volume: 22,677,542 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND226,775,420,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 98,274,577 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND982,745,770,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 17, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends and to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
