GDT: Decision on the change of listing

On July 15, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.284/QD-SGDHCM to allow Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (securities code: GDT) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 10,372,365 shares

-         Additional volume: 2,074,472 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND20,744,720,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 12,446,837 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND124,468,370,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 17, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends and to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
