VNS: Decision on the change of listing

On June 25, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.243/QD-SGDHCM to allow Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (securities code: VNS) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 56,549,516 shares

-         Additional volume: 11,309,676 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND113,096,760,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 67,859,192 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND678,591,920,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 16, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
