-         Number of shares before additional listing: 26,987,843 shares

-         Additional volume: 3,993,450 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND39,934,500,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 30,981,293 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND309,812,930,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 17, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay dividends.
