On July 16, 2015, HOSE issued Decision No.290/QD-SGDHCM to allow Mirae Joint Stock Company (securities code: KMR) to change the listing as follows:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 44,437,900 shares

-         Additional volume: 4,443,543 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND44,435,430,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 48,881,443 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND488,814,430,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 20, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to raise share capital from equity.
