-         Number shares before additional listing: 18,224,994 shares

-         Additional volume: 1,822,421 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND18,224,210,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 20,047,415 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND200,474,150,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 21, 2015

-         Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to pay 2014 dividends.
