On May June, 2015, HOSE had Decision No.154/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Transimex-Saigon Corporation (stock code: TMS) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number of shares before additional listing: 23,073,824 shares

-         Additional volume: 692,215 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND6,922,150,000

-         Number of shares after additional listing: 23,766,039 shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND237,660,390,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: May 08, 2015

-         Reason of additional listing: to issue new shares under the selective program for employees in the company.
