MTG: Decision on the delisting of stock

On May 07, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued  Decision No.155/QD-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of MT GAS Joint Stock Company (stock code: MTG):

-          Number of shares delisted: 11,999,995 shares

-          Total value: VND119,999,950,000

-          Effective delisting date: June 05, 2015

Reason: The auditor has refused to provide an opinion on Financial Statements 2014 under the delisting case to Point h, Item 1, Article 60, Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012.
