On November 18, 2014, HOSE announced the record date for remaining dividend for 2014 in cash of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:   PXS                            

-         Ex-right date:    June 15, 2015

-         Record date:     June 17, 2015

-         Purpose            to pay remaining dividend of 2014 in cash         

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:           3%/ par value (VND300/ share)

-         Payment date:                          June 30, 2015   

-         Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Finance and Accounting Department of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company, 02 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thang Nhat Ward, Vung Tau City on the working days from June 30, 2015 and please submit ID card.
