On May 18, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2014 of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation:

–     Stock symbol:   HMC                            

–     Ex-right date:    June 11, 2015   

–     Record date:     June 15, 2015

–     Purpose            to implement the cash dividend payment of 2014

–     Dividend pay-out ratio:   10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

–     Payment date:        June 30, 2015         

–     Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation. Address: 2^nd Floor, HMC Tower, 193 Dinh Tien Hoang, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC, Viet Nam on the working days from MON to FRI (from 8:30am-11:30am to 13:30pm – 17:00pm) from June 30, 2015.
