HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment in cash and in stock of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company

-          Stock symbol: PTB

-          Ex-right date: May 27, 2015 

-          Record date: May 29, 2015 

-          Contents:  To pay stock dividend

-          Issue volume: 2,400,129 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 10:2 (the one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 02 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded to units.     The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 402 shares at the record date. With an exercise ratio of 10:2, he will receive: 402.8shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 402 new shares. And, 0.8 shares will be cancelled.
