1. Exercise ratio: 25:2 (Each shareholder owning 25 existing shares will receive 02 new shares)

9)     Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit in 2014.

10)  Record date: June 05, 2015

11)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
