TIX: The record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2015

On May 22, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.571/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 03, 2015

-          Record date: June 05, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: June 24, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (Address: 89 Ly Thuong Kiet, ward 9, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh) as from June 24, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
