SC5: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014

Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 20, 2015:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to the record date for 2014 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: June 10, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ share (VND2,000/ share)

-          Payment date:   June 30, 2015   

Article 2:  This resolution takes effect from May 20, 2015.
