BCI: The record date for the 2013&2014 dividend payment in stock

HOSE announces the record date for the dividend paymentin cashand in stockof Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company:

-          Stock symbol: BCI

-          Ex-right date: June 02, 2015 

-          Record date: June 04, 2015 

-          Contents:  To pay 2013 stock dividend with ratio of 10% and to pay 2014 stock dividend with ratio of 10%

-          Issue volume: 14,453,400 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:20 (the one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded to units.     The fractional shares will be cancelled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 102 shares at the record date. With an exercise ratio of 100:20, he will receive: 20.4 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive 20 new shares. And, 0.4 shares will be cancelled.
