-          Stock symbol:   GAS

-          Ex-right date:    May 27, 2015   

-          Record date:     May 29, 2015    

-          Purpose:           to implement the third cash dividend payment for 2014 

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 7% (VND700/share)

-          Payment date:   June 22, 2015    

Place & procedure of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation on the working days from June 22, 2015 and please submit ID card.
