—    Purpose:  to pay cash dividends for the final payment of 2014      

—    Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (800VND/ share)

—    Payment date:               June 15, 2015

—    Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Century 21 Joint Stock Company – 10 Floor, 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, 1 District, from June 15, 2015 (on the working days).
