PPI: Board Resolution – May 31

Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation announced the board resolution on March 31, 2015:

Approving the plan to issue shares to increase its charter capital as follows:

-  Exercise ratio: 10:8

-  Offering volume: 20,039,242 shares

-  Offering price: not less than VND10,000/share

-  Objects: shareholders whose are name in the list of shareholders at the record date

-  Offering method: Offer to existing shareholders via implementing new shares purchase rights

-  The company will use proceeds from the issuance to invest in its projects.
