NCT: The record date for bonus shares

HOSE announces the record date for bonus shares to increase its charter capital from owner’s equity of Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company:

-  Stock symbol:   NCT

-  Ex-right date:    June 03, 2015

-  Record date:     June 05, 2015 

-  Purpose: bonus shares to increase its charter capital from owner’s equity

-  Exercise ratio: 5% (each shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares)

-  The number of bonus shares distributed to shareholders will be rounded to unit. The fractional parts (if any) will be bought back by the company at VND10,000/share. Capital resource to buy back from the company’s capital surplus

For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 3,215 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividends he receives will be 160 shares.

-  Expected issue volume: 1,246,066 shares

-  Place of payment:

·         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

·         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company and please submit ID card.
