PDR: Setting up a subsidiary

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has set up a subsidiary as follows:

1)     Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Bất động sản Điền Gia Khang.

-         Name of the subsidiary in English: Dien Gia Khang Real Estate Limited Company

2)     Charter capital: VND360,000,000,000 (Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp contributed VND176,400,000,000 or 49% of the charter capital).

-         Mr. Nguyen Van Dat was authorized to mange VND176,400,000 of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp in Dien Gia Khang Real Estate Limited Company.
