PXI: Information on tax arrears collection The Tax Department of Ba Ria Vung Tau issued a decision on May 25, 2015 about tax treatment to Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company announced on tax arrears collection as follows:
- Fine with rate of 10%, 20% calculated on the amount of wrong declaration: VND148,707,760
- Collect tax arrears; VND1,343,881,003
- Value-added tax: VND141,312,485
- Corporate income tax: VND1,146,543,121
- Individual income tax: VND56,025,397
- Fine with rate of 0.05% of late payment amount calculated on each day of late payment until May 14, 2015: VND479,810,150 HOSE
