LAF: Board Resolution No.05

According to Board Resolution No.05 dated May 25, 2015, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company agreed with the implementation of public tender offer by PAN FOOD. Accordingly, PAN FOOD will purchase LAF shares based on the registration letter dated May 15, 2015 for the purpose of increasing the holdings and long-term investment.
