HAGL Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution on April 03, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to change name of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Rubber JSC as follows:

-          Vietnamese name: Công ty cổ phần Nông Nghiệp Quốc tế Hoàng Anh Gia Lai

-          English name: Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: HAGL Agrico

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to transfer the share of ownership of the company in Central Highland Dairy Cows JSC to HAGL Agrico

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to list of shares of HAGL Agrico on Hochiminh Stock Exchange, expecting to be completed in late July 2015

Article 4: This resolution takes effects as from April 03, 2015.
